A strategic and analytical professional with over 15 years of experience crafting holistic people strategies that attract top talent and foster engagement. Driven by a passion for inclusivity, she brings a wealth of experience as a People Operations Leader. Beyond her professional journey, she is deeply committed to giving back to the community and supporting the next generation of leaders.
She is a townie from Western New York that could not wait to leave for college and her first job, but soon came running home and is a huge cheerleader for the city of good neighbors. Ask her about Buffalo architecture or the history of light rail in the Niagara Gorge if you have a few hours to spare. Oh and…..Go Bills!
